With the Premier League season due to commence again in three weeks just another timely reminder that the FA Premier League (FAPL) are still targeting licensed premises showing foreign TV football broadcasts.

Only this week has a licensee has been ordered to pay over £6,000 in fines and costs after illegally showing Sky Sports programmes in his public house.

Again, we advise caution over the use of ‘unauthorised broadcasters’ until there is further clarity over the position.
